Now, before you ask me, "Is this going to be gross?", the answer is "Yes". It is a snake regurgitating a baby hippo.
It isn't so-gross-you-can't-watch, but it's a mesmerizing grossness that you can't turn away from. Focus on how wide the snake opens its mouth. It's transcendent. Then think about how good the snake must have felt after getting rid of that huge, un-digestible meal. (Kind of like after you go #2 and feel relaxed and tired at the same time...and empty.)

I must know more about this. Where is this? Are these people intentionally trying to make the snake vomit the hippo..it doesn't look like he had it in him for very long.
That can not be healthy for the snake. That is a true case of your eyes being bigger than your stomach.

I don't know much more about this video than you do. It definitely looks like the snake is being helped by the people, so is it a zoo? if so, what in the world was the snake doing eating a hippo? Also I think it's funny that the snake seems very protective of the carcass, even after it has thrown it up.
